Cooper Franson began his career as a happy accident when in 2004 (while training to become a dental assistant)
he was ‘discovered’ by producers of The Star Search Revival. He declined the initial offer to audition and perform on the show in favor of a position as a music supervisor. Unfortunately, the show lasted only 7 episodes, but it was this initial spark that started his love of performing. Offers began to come in, and from 2008-2011 he performed to rave reviews as part of the Off-Broadway hit “Vanilla, No Ice” by playwright and composer Samantha Keen, as well as the role of bass playing vocalist Carlo Cannoli in the smash “Tony & Tina’s Wedding”. Having grown up around all kinds of classic music, he is proud to be touring as a part of the incredible “Let It Be”.
